It reveals the form of civilian control of the army in light of the privacy of the Moroccan monarchy, the limits of the military’s neutrality in the country›s political history, how the military interacts with its political environment, the nature of relations between civilians and servicemen, and the extent of the military›s response to the dynamics of democratic reform.
