General Function • Manage multi-tenanted offices and prime retail buildings on Regent Street and surrounding areas, maintaining, improving and developing the management of the properties to the highest standards. • Establish and maintain excellent customer (tenant) and stakeholder relationships. • Develop a management strategy plan for all allocated buildings including standard services and make recommendations for future management initiatives. • Be a trusted advisor to The Crown Estate, working hand in glove with its Asset Management team by making concise, accurate reports and recommendations on a regular basis both formally and informally. • Act as a key interface with customers in both a strategic and reactive manner to ensure exacting service delivery standards are met. • Handover and insight ahead of major development & refurbishment. • Provide aspirational leadership to a Senior Surveyor. Key Tasks • Offer a service to customers which can only be described as outstanding, consistently presenting The Crown Estate in the most positive light possible. • Create and maintain excellent relationships with a network of third party contacts including contractors, local community organisations and small business groups to promote the client’s brand and excellent levels of occupancy and retaining customers through good management. • Be visible and available to both customers and the client whenever required to ensure that the highest standards are upheld. • Create a best in class environment to continue to promote Regent Street as a premier office environment while understanding the complexities of managing a mixture of large corporate organisations as well as SME’s in busy multi-tenanted buildings. • Make strategic recommendations for improving the rental value of client owned properties.

• Ensure all budgets and service charges and reconciliations are as accurate and delivered on time across a vast number of leases and customers. • Ensure all alterations, fit-out, assignments and sub-lettings are carried out in accordance with current legislation and Regent Street guidelines. The Personal Touch • A professional and engaging individual who can instil trust and confidence quickly with customers. • Have a wider business and commercial understanding so that a customer specific approach and service can be offered. • Be comfortable working within a highly intense and changeable environment. • Happy to make decisions on own initiative where required and appreciate when to seek input from the client’s Asset Management team. • Have a strong general understanding of a variety of property and facilities issues and the ability to use a variety of experts as required. • Take a strategic and thoughtful approach but be able to be reactive, resourceful and quick thinking when required. • Be comfortable managing a small team and working within a larger organisation. • Demonstrable track record of managing mixed portfolios including large multi-tenanted office and retail assets.
