1. Why is CENTURY 21 Affiliated switching to Marq? We’re transitioning to Marq to streamline our marketing platform, improve team collaboration, and offer a more intuitive experience for creating high-quality marketing materials. Past issues with Maxa, like MLS integration downtime and poor customer service, prompted this change. 2. What advantages does Marq offer? Marq provides a user-friendly interface, design flexibility, advanced collaboration features, web publishing, video integra - tion, and more. Please see the next page for Marq features! 3. Will training be provided for using Marq? Yes, comprehensive training and support will ensure a smooth transition. Session schedules will be released shortly. 4. How will the transition affect existing marketing materials? Our most utilized templates will be migrated. However, individual user’s designs from their dashboards cannot be trans- ferred. Please export needed materials by June 30th. If you have purchased a custom design from Studio A or Affiliated Marketing, please reach out to Marketing@c21affiliat - ed.com and we will upload your design to your Marq dashboard by June 24th. If you have a listing or buyers presentation you would like migrated, we would be happy to do that for you. Please email an exported version of your presentation to Marketing@c21affiliated.com by June 24th. 5. Will there be costs associated with using Marq? No, Marq is included in our marketing tools for CENTURY 21 Affiliated agents. 6. How does Marq support collaboration? Marq offers real-time editing and commenting, facilitating efficient collaboration among agents and staff. Admins can assist agents by impersonating their profiles. 7. Can agents personalize marketing materials? Yes, agents can customize templates with their branding, contact info, and property details through MLS integration, similar to our current platform. 8. When will the transition take place? Agents will gain access to Marq on July 1, 2024, and will no longer have access to Maxa Designs.
