ONE BOOK, ONE SCHOOL As part of our annual One Book, One School initiative, students and staff joined together to read Jasmine Toguchi, Mochi Queen by Debbi Michiko Florence. This fun and heartwarming story follows
Jasmine, a spirited eight-year-old who is determined to join her family’s mochi-making tradition—even if it means breaking a few rules. All students received their own copy of the book, which is the first in an 8-book series.
