Every day, in every plant, there are people who make things happen. People who give their best not just to meet a goal, but because they believe in what they do and in the value of doing it well. FAUSTO FLORES HR Director CTD-ARL-MEX MANAGEMENT
Our values exist to guide our decisions, not to be imposed. They work when we make them our own—when we choose, from our convictions, to act with integrity, to care for others, to listen, collaborate, and grow. Yes, we’re in an industry that is constantly changing—sometimes quickly, sometimes without warning. But we also know that those changes bring opportunities. And being prepared doesn’t depend solely on strategy; it depends on each of us. On how we respond. On how we adapt. On how we choose to move forward. results — we impact the people around us and the environment in which we work. At IAC, we believe that working with clear values makes a difference. When we act with respect, when we participate actively, when we constantly strive to improve, we not only impact

SAFETY
Safety Culture:
Term that encompasses the various attitudes and values of individuals and the organization regarding safety aspects, both in how safety is understood and in the daily behavior expected from employees.
IAConnect 03
By: Edwin Guzman
How can organizations develop a strong safety culture?
In simple terms, the level of an organization’s safety culture reveals how aware people are of the inherent and potential risks in their work environment and how effectively they are able to control or eliminate them. An advanced level of safety culture in an organization also reflects a genuine concern for colleagues and teammates. This means that individuals are not only aware of the risks they face, but they also actively ensure that those around them are working in a safe and healthy environment.
Developing a safety culture requires genuine participation at all levels of the organization— especially from those who interact directly with risks. The most common strategies include:
1.Leadership committed to safety 2.Open and transparent communication 3.Ongoing training and education 4.Recognition and reward programs
5.Active employee participation 6.Regular audits and evaluations
Where does the focus on developing a safety culture come from?
At IAC, we have implemented key strategies to strengthen our safety culture, such as Star Points, DAS Reports (Detect, Act, Solve), SAFE Audits, and SIP (Standardized IAC Practices) global standard audits. The Annual Training Program for Authorized Personnel is also a key element. Our goal is to continue maturing these processes and encouraging the ongoing involvement of all team members.
The concept of safety culture has since expanded, and over the years, scientific literature on the subject has grown considerably. The analysis of these two major accidents showed that they could not be explained solely by frontline operator errors. Instead, they were the result of a progressive accumulation of organizational dysfunctions. In 1986, the Challenger space shuttle explosion and the Chernobyl nuclear disaster exposed serious organizational (or systemic) failures.
Your participation is essential to achieving IAC’s safety goals and ensuring a safe, healthy environment—so you can return home safely to your family every day.

Credit Card: Useful if You Know How to Use It Advantages:
Both may seem similar, but using them correctly can make the difference between healthy finances and a headache at the end of the month. Here’s the basic information you need to know to make better decisions when it’s time to pay: Debit Card: Your Money, Your Control CREDIT OR DEBIT? Decisions that impact your wallet... At the supermarket, online, or at the café... you take out your card and ask yourself the eternal question: Credit or Debit? You use the money you already have in your account. Ideal for avoiding debt and having a clear view of your spending. Advantages: You avoid getting into debt. You have better control of your expenses. Perfect for small purchases and daily expenses.
You can make large purchases and pay in installments (without interest if you choose wisely). It helps you build credit history. It offers benefits like interest-free months, points, cashback, etc.
Be careful to...
No pagues solo el mínimo. Not just pay the minimum. Keep track of the billing and payment due dates. Not use it as an extension of your salary.
So... which one should you use?
Use debit if you want to control your finances and avoid debt. Use credit to take advantage of promotions or make planned purchases, but only if you know you can pay on time. Remember: it’s not about which one is better, but how you use them. A good payment decision can help you have a peaceful month... or one full of calls from the bank.
Be careful to...
Not just pay the minimum. Keep track of the billing and payment due dates. Not use it as an extension of your salary.
