Training Specialists: Graduation of the "Stapler Development” Project At IAC, talent development is a top priority. As part of our commitment to training and specialization, we proudly recognized the first graduating class of the “Stapler Development” project. After completing a rigorous 31-day training program, three team members successfully graduated from this initiative, designed to develop stapling specialists. This achievement reflects the effort and dedication of our teams.
Developing Leaders with Impact
We held the second workshop of The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, a key component of our Certification Program for Leaders and Supervisors.
This training aims to strengthen the skills and competencies of our teams, promoting effective leadership that positively impacts every area of the organization. Through this workshop, participants are encouraged to adopt habits that enhance productivity, communication, time management, and teamwork. In addition, this training helps align our efforts with the core values of excellence, integrity, and commitment—essential to our success. The learning and practical application of these habits allow our leaders and supervisors to develop a more proactive and results-driven leadership style.
