With festive decorations, delicious treats, and plenty of colorful beads, it was a celebration full of joy, great company, and unforgettable moments. Our team is at the heart of everything we do, and this was a special way to show our appreciation.

At IAC Arlington, we carried out special activities to motivate and recognize our team, reinforcing our commitment to excellence. "Ready for Takeoff" marked the beginning of a week full of energy and inspiration. Trivia and interactive games challenged our team's knowledge on safety and key processes. New Spaces for IAC Wellness! Recently, at the IAC Arlington plant, we
inaugurated two new spaces designed to enhance the experience and well-being of our team members: the new Mom Room and the renovated Human Resources Office. Mom Room: A space specially created for our working moms, offering a comfortable, private, and supportive environment. Renovated Human Resources Office: We now have a modern and functional space, designed to better serve the needs of our team in a welcoming setting.
