Recliner Seating Projects
• Work with Vue Project and Cost management in relation to information required for Landlord contributions needed to deliver recliner seating projects. • Secure contributions from Landlords in order to sufficiently fund new recliner sites. New Sites • Assist with the preparation of all internal approval documents. • Identify new site opportunities that may arise and work with Group Finance to create business cases for review by the Investment Committee. • Negotiate heads of terms for agreement and lease contracts. • Negotiate agreement and lease contracts working collaboratively with external legal and technical support.
Estate/Portfolio Management
• Support the Property Manager in resolving any escalated Landlord disputes in relation to their legal obligations through to resolution, agree a ‘best way forward’ taking into account the overall relationship and other business priorities. • Ensure that strong internal cross-department interaction is maintained between Facilities/ Operations Departments and Property. • Manage the implications of any changes to local legislation relating to property management as highlighting by the Property Manager.
