Huston Patterson, Lewisburg Printing Launch Manager Trainee Program Decatur, Illinois based Huston Patterson and Lewisburg, Tennessee based Lewisburg Printing announced the launch of a Management Trainee Program aimed at fos- tering the next generation of leaders in the package-print sector. This comprehensive program will provide partici- pants with opportunities for professional development, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry ex- perts. Designed to attract top talent and groom them for leadership roles within the organization, the Management Trainee Program is a testament to HP and LPC’s commit- ment to investing in the growth and success of its employ- ees. The Management Trainee Program will immerse par- ticipants in a dynamic learning environment, where they will rotate through various departments within the compa- ny, gaining exposure to different facets of the business.
