Las Vegas, Nevada based BradyPLUS, a distributor of jan- itorial/sanitation, foodservice, and industrial packaging products, announced the acquisition of Idaho Package Company (iPAK) of Idaho Falls, Idaho, an industrial and ag- ricultural custom packaging distributor serving the greater Idaho, Eastern Oregon and Eastern Washington regions.
Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. iPAK offers a wide array of industrial and agricultural packaging products including custom printed corrugated cartons of all types.
