At Commencement, those students with a cumulative GPA of 3.500 to 3.699 will graduate Cum Laude; those with a cumulative GPA of 3.700 to 3.899 will graduate Magna Cum Laude; and students with a cumulative GPA of 3.900 or higher will graduate Summa Cum Laude. Graduation stoles and cords represent various honors and distinctions. • White stole denotes Alpha Sigma Lambda National Honor Society •Gold stole denotes Golden Key International Honour Society or Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society •Black and gold cords denote Chi Alpha Sigma or Phi Eta Sigma • Platinum stole denotes the National Society of Leadership and Success
• Maroon and gold cords denote Honors Scholar • Silver cord denotes Dean College student donor
