Chief administrator officer
Reporting to City Council, the Chief Administrator is responsible for implementing innovative, practical and tailored services for visitors, businesses and residents of Casselman. The individual demonstrates leadership, applies effective management strategies, and shows enthusiasm to the organization. He/ She works in close collaboration with the City Council and the management team. She is also responsible for developing and implementing a compelling vision and strategy, as well as performance goals and standards.
Se rapportant au Conseil municipal, la Direction générale est responsable de mettre en œuvre des services novateurs, pratiques et adaptés aux visiteurs, aux entreprises et aux résidents de Casselman. La Direction générale fait preuve de leadership, d’appliquer des stratégies de gestion efficaces, et montre de l’enthousiasme à l’organisation. Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec le Conseil municipal et l’équipe de gestion.
