Withdrawals If a family decides to withdraw their child(ren), the Principal may conductanexit interview with the family to ascertainthereasonforthewithdrawalandtoremind the familythattheircontractcallsforthemtopaythefulltuitionforthatacademic school year. TheBoardmaywaivethisprovisionunderunusualcircumstances, such as loss of employment or relocation. The same policy applies if the child(ren) is dismissed by the Principal once classes have begun. IV. APPEARANCE AND DRESS Heritage Christian Academy is a uniformed school to ensure the neatness of its studentsandtoallowstudentsfromalleconomicbackgroundsthefreedomtobe themselves apart from the stress of competitive dress. Students are to be tidy, modestandwell-groomed. Studentsattendinganyschooleventorfunctionmust be appropriately dressed. Students are to wear the school uniform at all times; parentswillbeinformedbythePrincipalorteacherifdressotherthantheuniform is appropriate. PARENTSassumeresponsibilityfortheappearanceoftheir sonsanddaughterswithintheseguidelines. Weencourageparentstoput their child’s initials/names on clothing items for lost and found purposes.
