We expect all those choosing the monthly payment plan to place the school in a high priority position for payment. No grades or transcripts will be released until all debts are satisfied. Accounts thirty (30) days in arrears will receive notification that if an account reaches sixty (60) days in arrears, the student will be subject to suspension from all classes until the account is settled. The Principal may be consulted in the event of a financial emergency. Parents whose children are withdrawn from the school after a contract has been signed and enrollment is confirmed, or whose student is dismissed after classes have begun, are responsible to pay the full tuition for that academic year, unless an exception is made by the board due to unusual circumstances such as loss of employment or re-location. Parents seeking an exception must submit their request to the board in writing. If parents fail to honor their commitment and respond in a way supporting this commitment, the school will bring the matter to the ruling body of the family’s church or a third-party Christian mediation service in accordance with I Corinthians 6:1-8 and Matthew 18:15-20. Building and Grounds We should be good stewards of our school facilities. Any damage to buildings, furnishings or grounds, which is caused by negligence or willful destruction, will be repaired and/or replaced at the expense of those causing the damage. Students are also subject to disciplinary action for damage caused either by negligence or willful destruction.
