How did you plan on growing your business to Triple Diamond Status
By this stage you have a huge downline. How do you motivate your group and stay in touch with everyone in the group I care about the people in my team and get to know what is important to them and spend time identifying their different strengths to help them grow to their full potential. I share what is important to me in terms of where I come from, so my team can also understand me. The team grows as we integrate and share our experiences. I fill my day with high priority actions. A day to me is important and my time is precious. I use my time wisely doing what I love most. I know where I am going. My mentors are our INUKA Founder Alma Gericke, my Helpdesk Mentor, my husband, my sisters Kate Sekhu (our INUKA Ambassador), Oratile as well as my uncle Bishop Masenya. Thank you for your guidance and support. To my team whom I love so much: I am where I am today because of all of you. To those who were able to achieve a new Leadership Status in SQ2, I salute you all. I dedicate my Triple Diamond Status to you and your hard work. A journey of a thousand miles began with a single step which led to building my INUKA empire. My dreams are now possible for I take small steps towards them every day. Never underestimate the power you have to take your life in a new direction. You can and you should be brave enough to start your journey. • Nothing beats determination. If you dream it, you can achieve it. • Achieving takes determination. • To achieve you must plan and apply your plan without hesitation. INUKA is not only about doing business but it is a legacy that you can build for yourself and your family. I have turned into a celebrity and I am still building my special legacy.

What do you think is your greatest strength
It is said that listening is a skill. This is true because through listening to different advice I have learnt amazing leadership skills. All the attained skills have made me the person I am today. My success so far has proven that I am not a manager, but I am a leader who strives to improve the lives of many people.
