NOKUPHIWA NKUNZI WESTERN CAPE NEW TRIPLE DIAMOND LEADER
How did you plan on growing your business to Triple Diamond Status
empowered when they are part of the solutions. I don’t dictate the path to follow but together we work as a team.
By this stage you have a huge downline. How do you motivate your group and stay in touch with everyone in the group I dedicate time for everyone in my group. I am never too busy not to give advice. My team knows that I am available 24/7 for them. We constantly talk through social media where we created team groups. It is always encouraging for the team to share day to day challenges and work together to overcome these. I communicate to each one on a frequent basis, irrespective of their status. I respect all my team.
I always set targets for myself to get to the next level and Triple Diamond Status was the next level after I achieved Double Diamond Leader Status. Being a goal driven person, I don’t sit back and relax. I always work on my set plans to achieve my goals, riding my own horse and not focusing on what others are doing and capitalizing on my own strengths. I wanted to build my team to improve each and every month on our Group PV’s and individual goals to have more branches which in turn will build a stronger and more resilient downline structure. I encourage all my downlines to have a least 3 or more active Members which will build the team to greater heights.
Do you have a role model and if so, why is this person your role model
What do you think is your greatest strength
My role model is my late grandma who had nothing. Through her hard work and small garden, she always ensured there will be food for us every night. This inspired me as a mom to work hard to feed my kids and to ensure that as long as I live, they will have better lives.
Listening and always availing myself to my team. I have patience and I never get irritated about explaining or repeating the same things to the people that I lead. I have an open-door policy. I don’t shutdown people’s advice or opinions and I am easy to get along with. Time management is the key to my progress.
How do you push through your most challenging time
I am adaptive and I know in business things can change quickly. I take the day as it comes and don’t allow outside influences to distract me. I am a positive person and believe there are many ways to overcome the challenges you face, and I always think out of the box. When things aren’t working today it doesn’t mean tomorrow it will be the same. Be persistent and always be energetic.
How do you motivate your team to work for the INUKA Quarterly and Annual Challenges
I develop easy and achievable challenges for my team and always recognize my team when they do well. I give support all the time. I constantly check up on them, keeping track of the PV’s for each Member and where there are gaps, I call and chat to them to understand their stumbling blocks and together we come up with solutions.
