FAYLENE BANJO MPUMALANGA NEW DIAMOND LEADER

What was your biggest challenge to reaching your Diamond Leadership Status

yours, and God’s timing is always perfect. If you keep pushing and put in the hard work to grow your business and your team, you will get there.

My biggest challenges were trying to balance my time as a single mom who is raising four kids on my own with all the responsibilities that come along with being a mom, working a full-time job and also trying to make time to grow my INUKA Business. The passing on of one of my best friends whom I had known since primary school, and who was also a huge part of my INUKA team, was a huge blow emotionally and on our team morale. As a team we knew we had to push forward, especially knowing how important the INUKA Business was to her. Allerice Stainbank, the Dream Team misses you dearly. Losing my full-time job in September 2019 was a huge scare for me. I found myself panicking and having so much more weighing down on my shoulders. But despite all that, I made Diamond Status the very next month in October 2019. God’s timing is amazing. Never give up on yourself. When you give up, you are not only giving up on yourself, but you are giving up on your team as well. Most importantly, you are giving up on your ‘’reason why’’. For example, your reason why you started your INUKA Business in the first place. My ‘’reason why’’ was and still is my four kids. I wanted to be able to do so much more for them and build a legacy that I could one day leave behind for them. My reasons why, always keep me going and keeps me pushing. Take advice and take notes. Listen to how others have managed to get there, but never ever compare yourself to someone else. Don’t pressure yourself into trying to keep up with the next person. Your INUKA journey is What is your advice to someone who wants to achieve Diamond Leadership Status

How has INUKA changed your life

INUKA has been such a life changer for me and my kids. I went from struggling month to month to make ends meet and living on temp loans to try and bridge the gap, to now doing things that I never thought possible. I have been able to buy my twin boys bikes, take my kids out to eat at least once a month, and become an investor with multiple investments. The first time that I realised what an amazing impact INUKA has had in my life, was on a normal grocery shopping trip. My son turned to me at the cash register and said ‘’mum you just look so much happier. You used to look so stressed before and you would keep taking things out of the trolly and put them back on the shelf, but now things are so different.’’. That day, our INUKA monthly rebates were paid out, and to this day, grocery shopping is no longer a stress. INUKA is one of the best things that has happened to me.

What is your advice to someone starting their INUKA Business

Firstly, I would congratulate them on making an awesome life changing decision. My advice is to use every opportunity to market your INUKA Business. Recruit, train, and grow your team. Always remember your reason why you started your INUKA Business and never give up. Know that this is your Business and run it ‘’Like A Boss !!!’’

WHEN YOU FEEL LIKE GIVING UP, REMEMBER WHY YOU HELD ON FOR SO LONG IN THE FIRST PLACE
