ACCREDITEDRESIDENTIALMANAGERS (ARM®)… Sitemanagers of residential portfolios,managing conventional apartments, federally-assisted housing, condominiums, single-family homes and manufactured home communities and are considered residential management specialists. ACCREDITED COMMERCIAL MANAGERS (ACoM)… Professional real estate managers of small to mid-size commercial portfolios, having a minimum of 12 months of commercial real estate management experience, an undergraduate or graduate degree in real estate or property management, or and associates degree in non-residential property management. ACCREDITEDMANAGEMENTORGANIZATIONS (AMO®)… an elite group of management firms with an Executive CPM on staff directing and supervising the firm’s real estate management activities. AMO firms pledge to uphold theAMO Code of Professional Ethics, having been in business for a minimum of three years,demonstrating business and financial stability.
