ULTON, MD — Nancy Ferrell , senior vice pres- ident/managing director of NorthMarq Capital ’s Bal- timore-based regional office secured permanent financing of Maple Lawn IV, a 131,000 s/f office building located at 8135 Maple Lawn Blvd. in Fulton. The transaction, which featured a construction loan takeout, was structured with a 10-year term and 25-year amortization schedule.
