ACKENSACK, NJ — Nail salon Noble Nails has leased 1,200 s/f at

Summit Plaza in Hackensack, becoming the latest tenant to join the diverse retail lineup at this key Bergen County shop- ping destination. The 100,000 s/f retail property is owned and managed by Alfred Sanzari Enterprises . Noble Nails is slated to open this September. Stephanie Greco of The Greco Realty Group nego- tiated the lease on behalf of Alfred Sanzari Enterprises. Summit Plaza represents the third nail salon location for this business owner, according to Greco. “Summit Plaza is a very strong and well-established community shopping center,” she said. “The addition of Noble Nails brings an exceptional ser- vice-oriented business to our existing co-tenancy. Another nail salon thrived at Summit Plaza for many years and our shoppers missed having this service conveniently available to them. We are confident that Noble Nails will enjoy tremen- dous success here.” Summit Plaza’s outstand- ing demographics and access to major highways were an upside to this tenant. Noble Nails will offer patrons a range of nail care services includ- ing manicures and pedicures. “The shopping center’s location and co-tenancy were attrac- tive to me,” said Louis Wang, owner. “I’m excited to open Noble Nails at Summit Plaza and look forward to providing affordably-priced nail services in a friendly environment to those who live and work in the community.” Located at 370-380 West Pleasantview Ave. at the inter- section of Rte. 17, Summit and West Pleasantview avenues, Summit Plaza is anchored by a 62,000 s/f Super Stop & Shop. The center’s smaller tenants include TITLE Box- ing Club, Great Expressions Dental Centers, United Tae Kwon Do Center, Juicy Plat- ters, Harmon Face Values, GNC, Payless ShoeSource, RadioShack, Dress Barn, and
