Bathe in the Delights of Bath A designated World Heritage Site, the Roman city of Bath is famous for its iconic Roman Baths and imposing Georgian architecture. As there’s so much to see and do here, we have a full day to explore. Keeping the historic theme we also visit Wells for a tour of the famous Bishop’s Palace, then take completely different direction with a Longleat Safari – variety is the spice of life! MY TIME

Day 1 Arrival We arrive at our hotel in time for dinner. Day 2 Bath
Day 4 Longleat Safari Park Engine on, windows up, food out of sight, eyes on the rustling parkland… we’re entering the famous Longleat Safari Drive-through! As we journey through this fabulous land, where roaming animals are waiting to greet us, we keep our eyes peeled for lions, tigers, wolves, deer, zebras, white rhinos, cheetahs, giraffes, Anne the elephant and some very cheeky monkeys! Once parked up, we can enjoy more animal encounters as we wander and perhaps enjoy a water-based adventure on the Boat Safari or a 1 ¼ mile journey around the park’s scenic woodland on the Longleat Railway. We enjoy a full day at leisure in Bath. A designated World Heritage Site, there is so much to see and do in this city – we’ll find famous monuments, stunning Georgian architecture and beautiful buildings at every turn, famous Roman Baths and Pump Rooms to the Royal Crescent, Victoria Art Gallery and Bath Brew House.

Day 3 The Bishop’s Palace, Wells Today we have a full day in the cathedral city of Wells. Wednesday is market day, so we have free time to explore the market, town and cathedral on our own. We can find a nice spot for lunch before meeting for an afternoon guided tour of the Bishop’s Palace and Chapel. Adjacent to Wells Cathedral, the Palace has been home to bishop’s since the early 13th century and today, is a designated grade l listed building.
