The Preserve of The Lakes, by Rail, Road & Water

All-embracing North Lakes & Gardens Panorama

UPDATED TOUR

NEW

This tour showcases the Lake District’s epic scenery as we explore it on a nostalgic train journey through spectacular scenery, on cruises on Windermere and Ullswater and last but not least, on a scenic drive. Throw in a stately home, marmalade and a cream tea, and this tour ticks all the boxes.

This holiday has scenery by the bucket load, as we enjoy a minibus tour through the North Lakes, seeing places coaches don’t have access to, such as Ashness Bridge and Honister Pass. We also include more well-known sights like Derwentwater and Buttermere, whilst balancing the tour with interesting visits to Levens Hall & Gardens, and Sizergh Castle, plus free time in Ambleside and Grasmere to really take in the location.
