EL AL WILL LAUNCH THE NEW AND IMPROVED KING DAVID LOUNGE
EL AL IS EXPANDING ITS OPERATIONS IN THE US THIS SUMMER
An innovative design and an improved and luxurious hospitality experience E l Al will begin upgrading the King David Lounge at Ben Gurion Airport, which will be closed for several weeks for renovation and is expected to reopen during March, with an innovative design and an improved and luxurious hospitality experience. During the upgrade period, El Al will offer a variety of alternative hospitality solutions: The Top Platinum frequent flyer lounge will remain open and will also undergo an upgrade later, and Platinum customers will be able to enjoy hospitality at the new Dan Lounge in Concourse E at Ben Gurion Airport. GOLD customers will receive hospitality vouchers for a variety of restaurants and cafes throughout the airport at check-in, including vouchers for companions (according to eligibility conditions). El Al’s VP of Customer Service and Service, Oren Cohen Botansky: “As part of the process we are leading to upgrade the quality and service experience on the ground and in the air, the beloved King David Lounge will undergo a change that will provide our customers with a luxurious and advanced hospitality experience, while maintaining the high standards to which we are committed. We invite our customers to enjoy the alternative services during the upgrade period and look forward to opening the renovated lounge for them soon”.

E l Al continues to storm the United States this summer in light of the high demand on North American routes among travelers, the business sector, and the Jewish and Israeli communities. Starting this May, the company will operate an additional flight on the Tel Aviv-Boston route, departing every Saturday and Sunday. The flight in question joins additional weekly flights operated by the company on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. In total, El Al will operate 5 weekly flights from Tel Aviv to Boston throughout the summer season. Boston Airport is considered a central connection point for
a wide variety of destinations throughout America, to which El Al passengers will be able to continue with greater ease thanks to the cooperation with Delta and other partner airlines. In addition to increasing flights to Boston, the company will continue to operate weekly flights to a variety of selected destinations in the US: 6 daily flights to New York City, 4 weekly flights to Miami, 2 weekly flights to Fort Lauderdale (Florida) and 8 weekly flights to Los Angeles. In total, the company will operate 52 weekly and direct flights to various US destinations this summer.
