SPA & ATHLETIC FACILITIES ARTICLE IX

9.1

GENERAL

(a) If Club Management deems it in the best interest of the Club, it may reserve the use of the spa and athletic facilities or any part of the spa and athletic facilities (weight room, cardio room and aerobic room) for special functions or other appropriate purposes.

9.2

USE OF FACILITIES

(a) All questions regarding use of the equipment or a Member's exercise program should be referred to the General Manager or other Club personnel.

(b) Exercise equipment must be used in accordance with any posted instructions and according to any instructions of Club personnel. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to use the Grand Island or Tennis Fitness Room.

(c) No guests or private trainers are permitted in the fitness rooms.

(d) The steam bath is kept at 120 degrees Fahrenheit and use of the steam bath should not exceed two (2) minutes.

(e) The sauna is kept at 180 degrees Fahrenheit and use of the sauna should not exceed two (2) minutes.

(f) The spa is kept at 104 degrees Fahrenheit and use of the spa should not exceed fifteen (15) minutes.

(g) Shaving is prohibited in the sauna, steam bath and jacuzzi.

9.3

ILLNESS, MEDICAL CONDITIONS

Persons with physical or neurological disabilities, or a responsible adult accompanying that person, must advise Club personnel of such conditions.

9.4

MINORS

Minors under the age of sixteen (16) are not allowed to use the spa and athletic facilities at any time.

9.5

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

(a) Horseplay, profanity, disruptive conduct, smoking, and eating are strictly prohibited.

(b) No beverages, except water bottles approved by Club Management, are permitted in the athletic facilities.

(c) All jewelry and watches must be removed prior to exercising.
