FOOD AND BEVERAGE ARTICLE XI
11.1 SERVICE HOURS
The service hours of the different food and beverage departments will be published in the Club’s newsletter or posted at the Club.
11.2 CLUBHOUSE DINING AND LOUNGE
(a) The Clubhouse Food & Beverage outlets are not open to the public. The Clubhouse is available for outside special parties, wedding receptions and dinners.
(b) Only the Club staff will be permitted to cater any event within the Clubhouse. For menus or available dates, please contact the Catering Director.
(c) Member related events, such as golf and tennis tournaments, will be take precedence over other activities.
(d) Children under the age of twelve (12) will not be permitted in the Mixed Grill or Oak Room except when properly qualified by Management or accompanied by an adult. Children may not bring guests.
(e) Parties over 10 people will be required to order from a fixed menu.
(f) Reservations for tables will be honored only fifteen (15) minutes after a specified time. Window tables will be given to those first arriving in the dining facilities. Specific tables may not be reserved. Tables cannot not be reserved in the Mixed Grill unless it is a Club sponsored event.
(g) Special functions (Thanksgiving, New Years Eve, Easter and Mothers Day) and all other club Social Events have a forty-eight (48) hour cancellation policy.
(h) A Fifteen Dollar ($15.00) corkage fee applies to any wine or champagne brought for events or into the dining rooms.
(i) Dress Code will be enforced.
11.3 MEMBER RESTRICTIONS
(a) Members are not permitted in the kitchens or other "back of the house" areas without a manager’s approval.
(b) Members may not bring food or beverages onto the Club premises that are not purchased at the Club unless the Member has obtained the prior permission of the appropriate Manager. Members are not permitted to utilize containers to go on any events that include a buffet. (i.e. Brunch, Pasta Night, etc.)
