Step 1: Request Ethos through Aristotle
Log in to your Aristotle account.

2 Once logged in, click on ‘US Life Licensing (Builder)’.
3 On the left side of the page, select ‘SureLC Pre-Payment’. Under the provider dropdown, click the link that says ‘Note: To request your ETHOS Portal Login CLICK HERE’ to waive the $10 fee.
4 Fill out the required information and submit it to request access to the Ethos portal. After submitting your details, HGI will send your information to Ethos, and we’ll create your agent portal.
Step 2: Submit contracting through SureLC
Log in to your
through the HGI website. SureLC account

2 Once logged in, click on ‘Requests’ on the left side of the page.
3 Create your request for Ethos - Ameritas & Ethos - Banner Life.
4 Fill out the questions, submit your contracting info, and you’re all set.
Please note: Approval for contracting can take up to 48-72 hours. Submit your contracting as soon as possible to avoid any delays.
