ORPS Clubs: The designation of an official club of Outdoor Resorts Palm Springs, requires approval of the Board of Director’s through resolution. Approved clubs must: • Have a minimum of three officers • Have a charter approved by the Board of Directors • Schedule at least one meeting of the club per month from November through March • Have a meeting schedule and meeting rooms approved by the Board of Directors in conjunction with the Lifestyle and Events Department • Publish meeting agendas and take minutes of the meetings • Publish a monthly written report to the Board • If the club collects funds, keep and publish records of the funds • Have any funds on hand in excess of $1000 US, turned in to accounting to be held in a club account The Board will assign a director to each club that will act as your representative to the Board
