• 19 total amount (Some have been on hold due to COVID-19) • 6 new permit applications turned in • 3 applications put on hold for approval (1 is due to working without a permit, 1 due to shade structure placement on lot that face golf course. Janet Ream will be here October 10 th to review both. 3 are due to lot containing non-compliant items and waiting for owners to agree to add non-compliant items to the permit application.)

Owner Requests for Tree Concerns • Had Abby, Communication Coordinator, send an e-mail regarding Queen Palm Trimming for September by Reliable Tree Works in August and 1,497 opened (78.2%)/175 bounced and 417 (13%) did not open e-mail. • Only 58 owners (4.5% of the Resort) have mailed checks to have palm trees/queen palms trimmed in September by Reliable Tree Works.
