TO THE CHAPTER INVISIBLE

in Ellenwood, GA. In August 2006, Spencer, and his wife, Coylitia founded Global Impact Christian Ministries in Riverdale, GA. Within three years, the church grew and relocated to the current location in Stockbridge, GA. Under Pastor O’Neal’s leadership, the church operated as a debt-free ministry and was blessed to purchase 54 acres of land in Stockbridge to build a new edifice for worship and to provide even greater service to the community. He was initiated into Kappa Alpha Psi in Fall 2007 through the Stockbridge- Jonesboro (GA) Alumni Chapter. Spencer loved his community and lived by the motto, “We Get to Serve.” Spencer saw every service opportunity as one that blessed him, just as much as it blessed the recipients. In addition to his fraternal service, O’Neal worked with the following organizations, Henry County Department of Family and Children Services, Henry County Schools Superintendent’s Faith-Based Advisory Board, The Thaddius Prez Bussey Foundation, and WellStart Initiatives, Inc. He formerly served as an Overseer of the Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship and at this time of his transition was a member of Shepherds Connection, led by Dr. R.A. Vernon. O’Neal was an unorthodox, yet transformative leader that attracted many people to the ministry and Christ. He was practical, unpretentious, and welcoming to all. He lived so that his ministry was empowering to all people. He co-authored the book, “No Covenant, No Cookie”, in response to the many questions he received from Christian singles. Brother O’Neal’s memory and legacy will forever remain with his wife, Coylitia Williamson O’Neal; son, Spencer T. O’Neal II, daughter Bethany O’Neal, mother, nine siblings, and the Global Impact Christian Ministries. Services were held on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Tabernacle of Praise Church International in McDonough, GA with
