valve. The single-check valve provides fluid category 2 protection for both backflow and back siphonage as specified in the Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999. The expansion group is manufactured from DZR copper alloy with the main components of the safety relief manufactured from a nylon-reinforced polymer. The valves are designed for high flow rates with minimum pressure drops and come supplied with compression ends complying with BS EN 1252-2 for use with R250 (half hard) copper tube. The 528716 safety group valves are also WRAS approved and contain a pressure relief valve set at 6 bar.
