INSTALLER AND HOMEOWNERS BENEFIT FROM DECADES OF EXPERTISE AND A COMMITMENT TO LONG-TERM SUPPORT... NIBE S735 sets the standard for Exhaust Air heat pumps

NIBE has been refining and evolving exhaust air heat pump technology for more than 40 years, setting the standard for reliability and performance. In a market where untested and unproven newcomers are offering ‘cheaper’ alternatives, many of which rely on costly immersion back-up, NIBE provides a trusted solution that is both efficient and cost-effective, backed by the comrehensive and reliable Unipipe service team. Homeowners and installers benefit from decades of expertise and a commitment to long-term support. Unipipe IRL has supplied and supported NIBE’s cutting-edge heating systems for many years, showcasing its dedication to quality and innovation across a variety of of heat pump categories including air source, geothermal/ground source and exhaust air. Installations of NIBE exhaust air heat pumps include A1-rated homes in Clog na Leinn, Co Westmeath, and Colmcille House, Stoneybatter and A-rated Google apartments in Bolands Mills, Dublin. Unipipe is seeing increased demand for exhaust air heat pumps for new local authority housing schemes, including A-rated projects in Clonross, Blanchardstown, and Clonliffe Road, Drumcondra.

Unlike air source heat pumps, which extract heat from outdoor air, exhaust air heat pumps extract heat from warm stale air that would otherwise be vented from the building. NIBE’s latest S735 exhaust air heat pump, which is suitable for dwellings up to 220sqm in size, provides space heating, hot water and ventilation from one internal unit. Demonstrating the quality of the Swedish heat pump manufacturer’s products, two NIBE Fighter 310P exhaust air heat pumps installed in the house of former Swedish trade commissioner Nils-Ove Johansson in Cork back in 2000 were only replaced with a newer model, having worked perfectly for 20 years after installation. It was NIBE’s first project in Ireland, supplied and supported by Unipipe after the commissioner recommended it as a suitable distributor for the Irish market. Designed to have very low energy consumption, the house was used as a show home to promote Swedish-made houses, windows, doors and heat pumps for 15 years. NIBE’s latest model, the S735, is an intelligent inverter-controlled exhaust air heat pump featuring an integrated hot water heater that offers efficient and cost- effective solutions for heating, hot water and ventilation.

It has a high seasonal performance factor, which results in low operating costs, as it automatically adapts to a home’s heating needs. Its low noise level, stylish design and compact size make for flexible siting options and ease of installation. With integrated WiFi and connection to wireless accessories, the S735 uses smart technology for full control over the system via a smartphone or tablet. Designed for both new-builds and retrofits, it is also suitable for homes with exhaust and supply air ventilation.

NIBE S735 features:

• Energy-saving smart technology • Reduced CO2 emissions • Wi-Fi connection • Smart phone/tablet control • User-friendly touchscreen • Automatic temperature control • Automatic software updates • Voice assistant control support • Integrated wireless connection • Option of smart wireless accessories • Weather forecast compensation
