Fitness class : This program is designed for any level of fitness. The class includes fun and energizing low impact aerobics and muscular conditioning exercises, and ends with a relaxing stretch. Yoga class : This class uses a variety of yoga poses, stretches and movements, combined with breathing and relaxation techniques to reduce muscle tension and stress. Blast Classes : Designed to fit into any schedule and provide you with an effective fitness class in just 30 minutes! • Leg Blast : Targets the lower body • Arm Blast : Targets the upper body • Ab Blast : Targets the abdominal muscles • Full Body Blast : Works the entire body for the most time efficient workout possible Location: Memorial Park Pavillion Capacity: 10 participants
