Tile 2 Ply Underlayment System
Our tile roofs use a premium two-ply waterproofing system installed under the tile for maximum protection: Base Layer: A durable 30-lb asphalt or synthetic base sheet (PolyAnchor HV) is applied to the roof deck to create a strong foundation. Secondary Waterproofing Layer: On top, we install TU MAX, a high-performance rubberized synthetic barrier that provides superior water protection beneath the tile. Together, these two layers create a strong, reinforced system that protects your home from leaks, wind-driven rain, and South Florida’s extreme weather giving your tile roof a longer, stronger lifespan.
