Project Process Overview: A Project Manager will be assigned to your job. Your Project Manager will contact you with a welcome call. 1.Day of Scheduled Tear-off Clear the driveway of all cars, objects, or anything that may block placement of dumpsters or roofing vehicles. 2.Permit package will be taped to the front of the home in a visible area — please do not remove it. 3.Roofers will remove the old roofing system and haul away all debris. 4.Roofers will apply the base sheet and required water barriers. 5.Any rotted fascia boards will be replaced up to the amount included in your contract. 6.The roof deck will be prepared and ready for the first inspection phase. If the inspection cannot be completed the same day or weather conditions require it, the roof will be securely tarped to protect the home until the inspection is completed.
