PHASE 2 1.Once Phase 1 inspection is passed, the roof will be loaded with the aesthetic covering 2.The assigned installer will return to complete installation of the final roof covering 3.Final inspection will be scheduled and completed. If you Have a Tile Roof 1.Tin Cap & In-Progress inspections are performed at the same time. 2.The roof will be closed off after inspection approval. 3.A third-party engineer will perform an uplift test and provide an official uplift report. 4.Final inspection will be scheduled after the engineer’s approval.
