FLAT ROOF ALL DONE IN ONE DAY 1. Preparation & Tear-Off
Remove the existing flat roof material Clean the deck and haul away all debris 2. Deck Inspection & Repairs Inspect the plywood/deck for any damage Replace any rotten wood (within the contract allowance) 3. Install ISO Insulation (If Applicable) Apply ISO or tapered ISO insulation (used to improve drainage when needed) Secure insulation boards properly Note: ISO Insulation is an additional upgrade and is billed as an upcharge if selected. 4. Install Base Sheet Install 1 ply of 75-lb asphalt paper, secured with tin caps This creates the base foundation for the Hot Mop system
