What’s the most significant and far- reaching organisation or systemwide strategy that you have led or implemented? Tell me about a time you stayed true to your own values and demonstrated your integrity to others.

About the position:

Where will I be able to add value? How might the role develop over the next six months? How will you measure my success?

What challenges is the department currently facing? Is there anything I should know that would help with my integration? Could you please explain the department induction process?
