System Leadership Behaviours Framework The System Leadership Behaviours Framework sets out the leadership behaviours required to lead and work effectively across the system. Leaders can use the self-assessment development tool for self-reflection and assessment. Healthy Leadership Framework This behavioural framework can be used flexibly to support healthy leadership development and help promote and embed positive well-being in the workplace. Leaders can also use the self- assessment to explore their personal healthy leadership behaviours. Learning Hub The NHS Leadership Academy learning hub hosts a range of short learning solutions designed by experts for the development of NHS staff of all levels to work through at their own pace. The content of many of these learning materials is taken from elements of the Leadership Academy’s core programmes and is designed using the feedback and contributions of our learners. Healthcare Leadership Model (HLM) The HLM can be used to build a better understanding of leadership behaviours, strengths and areas for development. There are options for self-assessment, a journaling app for reflecting and tools for gaining feedback from others. Senior leaders can also undergo a facilitated HLM assessment and feedback session known as a HLM 365 assessment. Leadership Learning Zone (LLZ) The LLZ features a range of key topics that can be accessed via e-learning, designed to make learning flexible and readily available at a time that suits you. The Leadership Learning Zone includes dozens of modules which can be used to help you improve and develop in leadership areas specific to you and your teams needs.
