CPD Sessions The NHS North West Leadership Academy offers virtual group CPD sessions for coaches, focusing on key coaching topics and professional development. These sessions provide a space for your coaches to enhance their skills, stay informed on emerging trends, and engage in reflective practice. Covering a range of relevant themes, they support continuous learning and excellence in coaching. Coaching Supervision The NHS North West Leadership Academy’s virtual group coaching supervision sessions provide a structured and supportive space for coaches to reflect on their practice, explore challenges, and enhance their effectiveness. Coaching and Mentoring Hub Coaching and mentoring can help your leaders unlock their full potential. The Coaching and Mentoring Hub is an online matchmaking platform where your staff can register as providers or recipients. Recipients can use the platform to find their ideal coach or mentor and contact them directly. Any coaches and Mentors within your organisation registered on the hub will be contacted regularly by NHS North West Leadership Academy with development opportunities. Network Learning Events Our Network Learning Events offer a dynamic space for coaches to connect, collaborate, and expand their expertise. These CPD sessions cover a variety of specialised topics, such as team coaching, supporting neurodiverse individuals, and trauma-informed coaching. By joining these interactive events, coaches gain valuable knowledge, exchange ideas with like-minded professionals, and stay at the forefront of best practices in the coaching field.
