Project Timeline Overview: 🏘️ If your home is part of an HOA, we’ll handle the submission of the approval form on your behalf. ✅ Once HOA approval is received, we’ll proceed to order your custom products. 📄 The permit application will be submitted after the product order is placed. 📞 Your Project Manager will keep you updated on the estimated arrival time (ETA) of your products. ⏳ The average lead time for custom windows and doors is approximately 3 months. 🔔 Once the permit is approved and the products have arrived (usually around the same time), your Project Manager will contact you to schedule your installation.
