Customer Preparation & Installation Guidelines
Before Installation: 🪑 Clear the area: Remove any furniture or décor around the windows so our installers can work safely and efficiently. 🔒 Security systems: Please disable or remove any security devices. Our team does not remove or reinstall security systems. 🪟 Window coverings: Remove blinds or curtains prior to installation. You will be responsible for reinstalling them after the work is complete. Day of Installation: 📄 Permit card: A permit card will be placed in a visible location. Do not touch or remove it at any time. 🛡️ Protective measures: We will cover surrounding areas to minimize dust and protect your home. 🏷️ Window stickers: Windows may have stickers do not remove them until the final inspection has been passed. ⏱️ Installation timeframe: Depending on the number of openings, installation may take 3 to 7 days.
