Horto is the ethical and sustainable fine dining address hosted by The Medelan business building, just a few meters from Piazza del Duomo. The common thread with which three-Michelin star chef Norbert Niederkofler wanted to start the project is that of lightness, candor and airiness of an environment where works of art are cooked and not painted, and the dedication of local producers and authentic flavor of the earth can be recognized.
