- • Click on Communication Preferences pop-up • Add cell phone number and personal email address • Update notification preferences and click “submit” at the bottom of the page • Check phone and email for ver ification code and enter when prompted
If this is your first time logging in, your password will be: • First letter of your First Name (UPPERCASE) • First letter of your LAST NAME (lowercase) • 6-digit date of birth Example: Robert Jones born on January 5, 1999 = Rj010599 • Must log in within 45 days of receiving ID
