Graphic Engravers, Inc. Sold To Jeff Harper

FINAT Welcomes Board Members, Extends Voet’s Presidency FINAT, the international association for the European label industry, has elected two new Board members and extend- ed Philippe Voet’s term as President until mid-2026.

Generational Group, a mergers and acquisitions advisory firm for privately held businesses, has announced the sale of its client, Graphic Engravers, Inc. dba GEI Graphics in its sale to Jeff Harper. The acquisition closed December 19, 2024.

Graphic Engravers, Inc., headquartered in Bensenville, Illinois, has been in graphic solutions since 1946. Specializ- ing in prepress techniques, digital flexographic platemak- ing, and wide-format digital printing, the company serves industries including retail, manufacturing, exhibitions, and events. Their services encompass full-service flexograph- ic prepress, color correction, digital proofing, and project management. Jeff Harper, is the President of North American Graph- ics, based in Detroit, Michigan.
