Goldberg was formerly VP of Manufacturing at Presi- dent Container Group and an early employee of Linpac in the 1980s, which provided the foundation for his more than 40+ year career in the corrugated industry. “For the older generation, culture in the ‘80s and ‘90s had a whole different meaning than it does today,” said Goldberg in the article. “Culture in the Linpac independent environment really was about trust in people and allowing for creativity,
