The University of Indianapolis has long been a key partner in strengthening Indiana’s workforce—from its deep collaborations with health networks to its ongoing relationship with Roche Diagnostics. Now, through the launch of the Employer Partner Program, UIndy is expanding these efforts to give more employers meaningful opportunities to engage with students and help shape the state’s future talent pipeline. Leading this effort is Jessica Sremanak, who joined UIndy in January 2025 as Director of Employer Engagement within the Stephen F. Fry Professional Edge Center.
