New "Yoga Therapy" Wednesdays at 9:45 AM

The Wednesday Restorative Yoga class is evolving into “Yoga Therapy” to better meet the needs of our members. This class will begin with the "Joint Freeing Series” that gently releases tension and opens the body slowly from the feet up to the neck and head. From there, you will transition into a very mindful standing yoga practice that focuses on postural alignment and therapeutic sequencing, addressing any injuries with modifications and props. Students complete their practice with a five to seven minute Restorative Savasana or rest pose. The class is under the instruction of Dhyana Delatour.
