ServiceNow announced a customer care plan to support its public and private sector customers in managing the COVID-19 pandemic. The apps are free to download but require server- side configuration services. Hexaware is offering customers complementary implementation to give enterprises and users one less thing to worry about in the midst of the current crisis. Customers on Hexaware’s H2O platform have already been enabled with the required configuration so users can use the apps immediately.
