These 1284 sons are very similar in type and kind. Thats what we really strive for when looking for herd bulls and these fit the bill. This one comes out of a 5yr old KR Storm daughter. When you cross Resilient and Storm you know what you are going to get. A performance driven bull that is going to cover and breed like crazy. Naturally top scores in weaning and yearling on this big nutted bull. Giddy up!
The last Resilient 1284 son here brings the size down a little bit but brings the depth of body and rib structure. He’s out of a 7yr old that goes back to Koupals Identity. This lot really gets it done with the phenotype. Top 4% in heifer pregnancy and very well rounded entire epd package. I’d call him a bit of a sleeper pick if you go thru the pens.

Just a few of these .38 Special X197’s in this years offering. He was a very well rounded herd bull that we used on heifers in his first season and then moved him onto cows for four straight years. His progeny are very uniform and good sized. A very underrated sire around here that is maternally driven. Lot 548 is a lot like his sire. A lot of length and very well rounded throughout. He sports a heifer pregnancy in the top 4% of the breed, high foot scores with claw in the top 1%, and rounds it out with very strong dollar values with a top 4% in maternal and a nearly 300 combined. This bull very quietly does numerous things right.
This X197 son is the biggest of the group. Copious amounts of length and frame in this power bull. High milking score in the top 3%. Superb foot angle. Out of an 8yr old Heavy Duty dam that has stuck around. 50% of the proceeds from this lot will be going to Brian and Tami Flynn of Murdo. Brian has had some health problems this past year and we wanted to do what we could to help out the family. Two great people in our community. We selected lot 49 as Brian will turn 49 years old on sale day!

Similiar in kind to lot 549. Out of a Coalition 4yr old that actually just calved today prior to writing this. Big scrotal on the actuals and top 5% epd. Solid dollar values with a top 15% score in maternal and nearly a 300$ C.
The calving ease prospect out of the X197 sire group. Out of an 8yr old Heavy Duty daughter that goes back to Barstow Cash that has always been easy on the eyes. She’s solidly built and a deep made cow that always seems to stay in great shape. Strong functional longevity scores and carcass merit here.
