River District Farmers Market June-August The River District Farmers Market is the longest running market in SWFL, founded in 1994. GreenMarket Workshop Series | June-August Following a nearly 10 year tradition, the Alliance for the Arts GreenMarket will host free summer workshops every Saturday at 10:30am. Workshops offer visitors an opportunity to learn five different recipes using locally grown ingredients. Visitors will get a taste of the finished product and complimentary refreshment at the end of each class. Recipes will be vegetarian, although eggs and dairy products may be used. Each workshop will feature as many local ingredients as possible, all of which are available at the GreenMarket. ArtInLee.org

SoCo Second Saturday | June-August SoCo Second Saturday is the new arts and cultural monthly event in Fort Myers. It is a rain or shine event, held on the second Saturday of the month from 6pm-10pm, with an after party at a selected venue. It is a family event with art gallery receptions, vendors, live music and much more. The new “art district” entails Colonial Boulevard to Royal Palm Boulevard, then east to Summerlin Road and returning west on Colonial Boulevard. SoCoSWFL.com
